Pumpkin Capsicum Sabzi Recipe – Kaddu Simla Mirch Sabzi (Recipe In Hindi)

Pumpkin Capsicum Sabzi is a simple vegetable which you can prepare for daily meal and you can also pack it in your lunch box. This is a very simple vegetable and only everyday spices are used in it.  Pumpkin, Tomato, Capsicum (green), Green chilli, Mustard, Cumin, Fenugreek seeds, Turmeric powder, Sambar powder, Jaggery, Oil, Salt   1 kg pumpkin 2 tomatoes, cut 1 capsicum (green), cut 1 green chilli, finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon sambar powder 1 tablespoon jaggery 1 teaspoon oil, salt as per taste     15   30     To make Pumpkin Capsicum Sabzi, first heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, cumin and fenugreek seeds in it. Let it cook for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, add green chillies and capsicum and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, tomato, pumpkin, sambar powder, salt and jaggery. Mix and let it cook for 2 minutes. Let the pumpkin cook. Once cooked, turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander. Serve Pumpkin Capsicum Sabzi with Falguni Dal and Tawa Paratha.
