Saunf Wali Hari Gobi Sabzi (Recipe In Hindi)

Green Gobi Sabzi with Fennel is a simple and easy recipe in which green chutney is used. You can also pack this recipe in your lunch box. Fennel is also used in it which further enhances its taste.  Cabbage, fennel, ginger, tomato, bay leaf, green chutney, curd, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, oil   1 cabbage, chopped 1 teaspoon fennel 1 ginger 2 tomatoes, finely chopped 2 bay leaves 1/2 cup green chutney 1/2 cup curd 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder salt red chili powder oil, experiment According     20   30     To make Green Gobi Sabzi with Fennel, first make green chutney (Coriander Mint Chutney). Keep it separately. Heat oil in pan. Add fennel, ginger, bay leaves and cook for 10 seconds. Now add tomato, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mix. Now add curd, green chutney and salt to it. Mix well. Now add cabbage to it and mix. Cover the pan and cook till the cabbage is cooked. This will take 5 to 8 minutes. After cooking, turn off the gas and serve. Serve Green Gobi Sabzi with Fennel with Panchmel Dal and Phulka for lunch.
