Hariyali Paneer Tikka Masala Gravy (Recipe In Hindi)

Hariyali Paneer Tikka Masala is a rich and flavourful curry in which paneer is cooked in coriander and mint gravy. Hariyali means green in Hindi which is the color of this gravy. Green chilli is also used in it for spiciness which further enhances its taste.  Paneer, fennel, green chilli, coriander, mint, tomato, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, garam masala powder, bay leaf, chaat masala powder, cream, salt, butter   250 grams Paneer, cut Hariyali For spices 1 teaspoon fennel 2 green chillies, finely chopped 50 grams Coriander, finely chopped 20 grams Mint, finely chopped 2 Tomatoes, make puree 1 inch ginger, finely chopped 1 inch cinnamon 2 cardamoms 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder 1 bay leaf 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala powder 1/4 cup cream Salt, as per taste 1 tablespoon butter, as per use     20   25     To make Hariyali Paneer Tikka Masala, first put fennel, coriander, mint, ginger, green chillies in a blender with some water and grind it. Now heat butter in a pan. Add bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom and cook for 15 seconds. Now add tomato puree to it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add ground spices, salt, all the spice powders and mix. Cover the pan and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. After 6 minutes add cream and cheese. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, turn off the gas and serve. Serve Hariyali Paneer Tikka Masala with Garlic Dal and Phulka for lunch.
