Raw Banana and Bhindi Ki Sabzi Recipe

Raw Banana and Ladyfinger Recipe is an Ayurvedic recipe in which onion and garlic are not used. Raw banana and ladyfinger are roasted separately and cooked with turmeric powder, asafoetida, black pepper powder and salt. This is a dry dish which you can serve with curd rice or phulka.  भिंडी, कच्चा केला, हल्दी पाउडर, काली मिर्च पाउडर , हींग, अमचूर पाउडर, नमक, तेल, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, गरम मसाला पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर   300 grams ladyfinger, chopped 2 raw bananas 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 tsp asafoetida 1 tsp dry mango powder Salt, oil as per taste 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp garam masala Spice Powder 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder     10   30     To make Raw Banana and Ladyfinger Recipe, first of all we will prepare raw banana. First of all, peel the raw banana, cut it and keep it separately. Now add raw banana, 1/2 cup water, turmeric powder, salt in a pressure cooker and close the cooker. Cook till 3 whistles and turn off the gas. Open the cooker, keep the raw banana separately to cool. Now heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, asafoetida and let it splutter. After the cumin seeds crackle, add ladyfinger, salt and cook till the ladyfinger becomes soft. This will take at least 10 minutes. After the ladyfinger is cooked, add raw banana, dry mango powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and cook for 4 to 5 minutes and turn off the gas. After 4 to 5 minutes, turn off the gas and take it out in a serving bowl. Garnish with green coriander and serve.
