Radish Sabzi Recipe – Mooli Ki Sabzi (Recipe In Hindi)

Mooli Ki Sabzi is a simple and quick dish that is perfect for weekdays. It tastes good both hot and cold. This is a good option for lunch box. Radish is very healthy because of its high water content and fiber. It also gives an option of using vegetable leaves.  Radish, radish leaves, oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, dried red chilli, tamarind paste, red chilli powder, salt, coconut   3 radishes 1 cup radish leaves, chopped 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 6 curry leaves 2 dried red chillies 1 tablespoon tamarind paste 2 teaspoon red chilli powder Salt as per taste 2 tablespoon coconut, grate     10   20     To make radish vegetable, first heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds in it and let it cook for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, add curry leaves and dried red chillies. After 30 seconds, add chopped radish leaves to it. Mix and let it cook for 1 minute. After 1 minute, add chopped radish and cook on high flame. After 2 minutes, add salt, red chili powder, tamarind paste and mix. Lower the flame and cook till the radish is cooked. After cooking, garnish it with coconut and serve hot. Serve radish sabzi with garlic dal and phulka for lunch.
