Arbi, onion, green chilli, ghee, cumin, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, dry mango powder, turmeric powder, green coriander 500 grams arbi 1 onion, cut thinly 3 green chillies, cut straight 2 teaspoon ghee 1 teaspoon cumin Salt as per taste 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder 1 teaspoon dry mango powder 1 teaspoon turmeric Powdered coriander, for garnish (as per requirement) 10 45 To make Punjabi style arbi sabzi, first wash the arbi. After washing, remove the peel and cut it into thin long pieces. Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds in it. After 15 seconds, add green chillies and let it cook for 1 minute. After 1 minute, add onions and cook until they become soft. Add Arab in it and cook for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes add all the dry spices in it. Do not add dry mango powder and garam masala at this time. Lower the flame and cook till the arbi is cooked. Keep mixing in between. After the arbi is cooked, add dry mango powder and garam masala powder to it, mix and let it cook for 1 more minute. Turn off the gas and serve hot.
