Punjabi Style Tinda Sabzi Recipe

Punjabi style tinda sabzi recipe is a simple sabzi recipe that you can make for your daily meal. Garam masala is used in it which makes it even more delicious. You can also put it in your lunch box.  टिंडा, प्याज, लहसुन, टमाटर, टमाटर, धनिया पाउडर, जीरा पाउडर, गरम मसाला पाउडर, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, तेल, जीरा, हल्दी पाउडर, हींग, नमक   8 tindas, peeled, deseeded and chopped 1 onion, finely chopped 4 cloves garlic, grated 1 tomato, chopped 2 tbsp tomatoes, paste 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp garam masala Spice Powder 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, as per taste 1 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Cumin 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp Asafoetida Salt, as per taste     5   15     To make Punjabi style tinda sabzi recipe, first heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds in it and let it splutter. After the cumin seeds crackle, add garlic, onion and cook till the onion becomes soft. After the onion becomes soft, add tomato, tinda, tomato paste, asafoetida, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder and mix well. Take. Add some water, mix, cover the pan and cook until the tinda becomes soft. After the tinda becomes soft, add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, mix and let it cook for 2 minutes.
