Phool Gobi Sabzi Recipe (Recipe In Hindi)

Cauliflower vegetable is a delicious vegetable in which everyday spices are used. Adding a little spice greatly enhances its taste. You can also pack this vegetable in your or your children’s lunch box.  Cabbage, Tomato, Ginger, Cumin, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Salt, Coriander, Oil   1 cabbage, cut 2 tomatoes, make puree 1 inch ginger, grate 1/2 tsp cumin 1 tsp turmeric powder 1-1/2 tsp garam masala powder Salt, as per taste 4 sprigs of coriander, chopped Oil , according to experiment     10   40     To make cauliflower sabzi, first heat oil in a pan. Add ginger and cumin in it and let it cook for 15 seconds. After 15 seconds, add tomato, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, mix and let it cook for 1 minute. Now add cabbage, 2 tablespoons of water, mix and cover the pan. Lower the flame and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Once the cauliflower is cooked, turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander. Serve cauliflower sabzi with mint moong dal, boondi raita and phulka for lunch.
