Aloo Palak Sabzi Recipe – Aloo Palak Sabzi (Recipe In Hindi)

Aloo Palak Sabzi is a simple dish in which boiled potatoes, spinach and cinnamon are used. It is easy to make so you can make it for your busy days and pack it in your lunch box.  Potato, Spinach, Onion, Tomato, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Ginger, Cinnamon Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Cumin, Oil, Salt   3 potatoes, boiled, peel and chop 500 grams spinach, wash and chop 1 onion, slice thinly 2 tomatoes, chop finely 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 inch ginger, grate 1/ 4 tsp cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp garam masala powder 1/2 tsp cumin oil, salt as per taste, as per taste     15   40     To make Aloo Palak Sabzi, first heat oil in a pan. Add spinach, some salt and cook until spinach becomes soft. Keep it aside after cooking. Heat some more oil in it. Add cumin, ginger, onion and let it cook till the onion turns golden. After it turns golden, add potatoes, salt and cook until the potatoes turn golden. Now add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cinnamon powder, garam masala powder and salt. Mix it. After cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, add spinach to it. Cover the pan and cook for 3 more minutes. Switch off the gas and serve. Serve Aloo Palak Sabzi with Gujarati Dal and Phulka for lunch.
