Methi Turai Ki Sabzi (Recipe In Hindi)

In Methi Turai Ki Sabzi, fenugreek leaves are cooked with spices. This healthy combination is a delicious and comforting dish for a home meal or dinner. You can also pack this vegetable in your lunch box.  Ridge gourd, fenugreek, onion, cumin, dry red chilli, garlic, green chilli, coriander powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, garam masala powder, oil   500 grams ridge gourd, cut into 1 inch cubes 2 cups fenugreek, chopped 1 onion, chopped thinly 1 teaspoon cumin 2 dry red chillies, cut into half 4 cloves garlic, grated 2 green chillies, grated 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Lemon juice 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder 2 tbsp Oil     10   20     To make Methi ridge gourd vegetable, first heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and dried red chillies in it. Let it cook for 15 seconds. After 15 seconds, add chopped onions and let it cook until they become soft. After it becomes soft, add garlic, green chilli, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix. Let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, add ridge gourd, cover the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. After cooking, open the pan and add fenugreek, garam masala, lemon juice, salt and mix. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes more and turn off the gas. Serve hot. Serve Methi Turai Sabzi with Garlic Dal and Phulka for dinner.
