Masalewali Turai Sabzi Recipe

Masala ridge gourd curry is a simple vegetable that you can make for your daily meals. This is best for those days when you want to make something healthy and tasty.  तुरई, राइ, जीरा, अदरक, टमाटर, हल्दी पाउडर, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर, गुड़, तेल, नमक, पानी, हरा धनिया   2 ridge gourd, peeled and chopped 1/2 tsp mustard 1/2 tsp cumin 1 ginger 2 tomatoes, puree 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp jaggery 1 tablespoon oil Salt, as per taste 1/4 cup water Green coriander, as per use, chop finely     20   30     To make the spicy ridge gourd recipe, first heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let it splutter. Now add ginger, tomato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, jaggery and salt. Let it cook for 3 minutes. Now add ridge gourd and mix well. Add water, mix, close the cooker and cook for 2 whistles. After 3 whistles, turn off the gas and let the pressure release on its own.
