Carrot Tadka Raita is a simple and delicious raita in which carrots and peanuts are used in curd. Finally, tadka is added to it which further enhances its taste. Now add green coriander, mint, green chilli, carrot in it. And mix it. Let it cool for 15 minutes. Now heat oil in a tadka pan for tadka. Add cumin, asafoetida, garlic and cook till the garlic turns light brown. Add this tadka to the raita and mix. Serve.
