Kadhai Tofu Sabji (Recipe In Hindi)

In Kadhai Tofu Sabzi, tofu and other vegetables are cooked with everyday spices. This is a simple recipe which you can make for your daily meal.  Tofu, Capsicum (green), Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Tomato, Cumin, Kasuri Methi, Oil, Turmeric Powder, Sugar, Salt, Coriander, Coriander Seeds, Whole Black Pepper, Fennel, Cumin, Anardana, Dry Red Chilli , bay leaf, black cardamom, dry mango powder   250 grams tofu, cut 1 capsicum (green), cut 1 onion, cut 1 teaspoon garlic, paste 1 teaspoon ginger, paste 2 tomatoes, boil, remove the peel and chop finely 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon Kasuri fenugreek, crushed 1 tablespoon oil 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon sugar Salt, as per taste Green coriander, to grind as per use 2 teaspoon coriander seeds 5 whole black peppers 1 teaspoon fennel 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds 4 dried red chillies 1 bay leaf 1 big cardamom 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder     10   15     To make Kadhai Tofu, first of all we will make the masala. In a small pan, add coriander seeds, black pepper, cumin, dried red chilli, bay leaves and black cardamom. Cook for 30 seconds and keep it aside to cool. Now put this mixture in the mixer grinder along with anardana and dry mango powder. Grind and keep aside. Now heat oil in a pan. Add cumin and onion in it. Cook until onion becomes soft and then add garlic and ginger paste. After 1 minute, add turmeric powder, tomato puree and let it cook for 2 minutes. Now add 2 tablespoons of ground masala and Kasuri methi. Add capsicum and let it cook for 1 minute. Now add tofu, salt and sugar. Mix and let it cook for next 2 minutes. Now garnish with green coriander and serve hot. Serve Kadhai Tofu with Dal Makhani and Tawa Paratha for lunch.
