Instant Homemade Granola Recipe With Chia Seeds and Nuts is a super crispy, crunchy, toasty granola,  made in the microwave.   Instant Oats (Oatmeal), Coconut Oil, Vanilla Extract, Honey, Whole Almonds (Badam), Pumpkin seeds, Chia Seeds, Dates, Salt, Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini), Hung Curd (Greek Yogurt), Vanilla Extract, Honey, Seasonal fresh fruits   1/2 cup Instant Oats (Oatmeal) 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 2 tablespoons Honey 2 Whole Almonds (Badam) , roasted and chopped 2 tablespoons Pumpkin seeds , or any seeds of your choice 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds 4 Dates , pitted and chopped 1/8 teaspoon Salt 1 pinch Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini) To Serve 1/2 cup Hung Curd (Greek Yogurt) 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 1 tablespoon Honey Seasonal fresh fruits , cut into small pieces     10   5     To begin making the Instant Granola Recipe, prep all the ingredients and keep readyIn a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and toss well to combine. Place the granola mixture into a microwave safe glass tray and  microwave for one minute.Remove the instant granola mixture from the oven – give it  a stir and microwave yet again for a minute or two until you notice the oats are getting crisp. Mix well to see if the oats are well cooked, if not microwave for another 30 seconds to a minute.To serve the granola with yogurt – whisk the hung curd along with vanilla and honey.To serve the Instant Granola , Spoon a few tablespoons of yogurt in a bowl , spoon a few tablespoons of the granola and top it with fresh fruits and serve. Serve Instant Homemade Granola Recipe With Chia Seeds and Nuts along with 5 Grain Greek Yogurt Fruit Parfait Recipe for a complete summer breakfast.
