Hara Dhania Paratha Recipe

Green Coriander Paratha Recipe is a simple paratha recipe in which coriander is used. If you do not want to make roti with your vegetable, you can make this paratha.  गेहूं का आटा, जीरा पाउडर, हल्दी पाउडर, हरा धनिया, हरी मिर्च, अदरक, नमक, काली मिर्च पाउडर, तेल   1-1/2 cup wheat flour 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp turmeric powder Coriander, a little, finely chopped 2 green chillies, finely chopped 1 inch ginger, grated Salt, black pepper powder to taste Oil, or Ghee, as per use     20   20     To make Green Coriander Paratha Recipe, first of all add wheat flour, cumin powder, turmeric powder, green coriander, green chilli, ginger, salt, black pepper in a bowl and mix well. Now slowly add water in it and add flour. Knead until it becomes soft. Apply some oil on it and cover it and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Now take some dough from the kneaded dough and make round balls. Dust in dry flour and roll into round balls. Keep a pan to heat. Now place paratha on it, apply some ghee and fry. Flip it, apply some more ghee and cook it well from the other side also. Serve. Similarly, make the remaining parathas also.
