Gavarfali Ki Sukhi Sabzi Recipe – Gavarfali Ki Sukhi Sabzi (Recipe In Hindi)

Gawarphali Sukhi Sabzi is a Rajasthani dish in which Gawarphali is cooked with everyday spices. You can also use coconut, jaggery and tomato in it. This is a simple dish which you can also pack in your lunch box. It is made in every Rajasthani home and served with paratha or phulka.  Onion, Gavar pod, Cumin, Garlic, Oil, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Red chilli powder, Salt   1 Onion, finely chopped 1-1/2 cups Gawar pods, cut into small pieces 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon garlic, grinded Oil, as per use 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 /2 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon red chili powder Salt, as per use     10   30     To make Dry Gawarphali Sabji, first heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds in it and let it cook for 10 seconds. Now add garlic to it and cook for 1 minute. After 1 minute, add onion and cook until onion becomes soft. Now add guarphali and 1/2 cup water. After half cooking, add coriander powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix and cook until the guarphali is cooked well. Serve dry Gavarphali sabzi with Rabodi ki sabzi and phulka for lunch.
