Doodh Dudhi Recipe – Doodh Dudhi (Recipe In Hindi)

Milk Dudhi is a basic, simple, healthy and creamy sabzi. Simple to make and delicious to eat, this curry tastes good hot or even at room temperature. You can also put this vegetable in your children’s lunch box.  Bottle gourd, cumin, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, milk, sugar, oil, salt, coriander   1 bottle gourd 1 tablespoon cumin 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 tablespoon red chili powder 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 1/2 liter milk, low fat 1/2 teaspoon sugar 2 tablespoon oil Salt as per taste 3 sprigs of green coriander, chop finely     10   30     To make milk doodhi, first wash the doodhi and cut it into round shapes. Now heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds in it. After 15 seconds add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. After 3 minutes add milk and mix well. Cover the pan and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes. After 4 to 5 minutes, when the milk becomes soft, pour half the milk in the pan and let it cook for 3 minutes. Cook until the milk turns curdled. Now add remaining milk and let it cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander. Serve Doodh Doodhi with Tomato Onion Cucumber Raita and Phulka for daily meal.
