Baked Masala Namak Para Recipe

Baked Masala Namak Para Recipe is a simple recipe that uses very few ingredients like all purpose flour, wheat flour and everyday spices. Now remove the cloth from the dough and divide it into two parts. Now sprinkle maida or wheat flour on the surface and make 1 portion of roti. With the help of a knife make diamond shaped salt balls. Now line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread salt on it. Take care that they do not stick to each other. Apply little oil on it and put it in the oven. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes until the salt becomes golden. After cooking, let it cool and then serve. Serve Baked Masala Namak Para with Masala Tea for evening snack.
