Ripe Banana Sabzi is a Gujarati dish made from banana. In this vegetable, banana is cooked with turmeric powder, asafoetida, curry leaves and chilli. Easy to make and delicious to eat, you can make this vegetable for your daily meal.  Banana, gram flour, asafoetida, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin, mustard, curry leaves, oil, salt   3 cups banana, chopped 2 tablespoons gram flour 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin 1/4 teaspoon mustard 5 curry leaves, finely chopped 2 teaspoons oil, salt as per taste     10   20     To make ripe banana curry, first of all add banana, asafoetida, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, gram flour in a big bowl, mix and keep aside. Now heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and let it cook for 10 seconds. Now add banana mixture to it and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Once cooked, turn off the gas and serve hot. Serve ripe banana curry with Gujarati dal and methi thepla for lunch.
