Aloo Parwal Ki Sabzi is a Bengali dish which is made in every house of Bengal. It is very healthy and you can make it for daily food. You can also pack this vegetable in your lunch box. Add rai in it and let it cook for 10 seconds. Now add parwal and salt and cook till parwal is half cooked. Now add potatoes to it and cook till both the vegetables are cooked. After cooking, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder to it. Add salt as per taste and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. After that, turn off the gas and serve hot. Serve Aloo Parwal sabzi with garlic dal and phulka for lunch.
