Amritsari Ajwaini Paneer (Recipe In Hindi)

Amritsari Ajwaini Paneer is a delicious recipe from North India which is flavored with spices and celery. Cashews are also used in it which further enhances its taste. You can also prepare this vegetable for your guests.  Paneer, Tomato Puree, Onion, Garlic, Green Chilli, Ginger, Cashew, Clove, Celery, Garam Masala Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Sugar, Salt, Oil, Coriander   1 cup paneer 1 cup tomato puree 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic 1 green chilli 1 inch ginger 5 cashew nuts 2 cloves 1 teaspoon celery 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1-1/2 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp sugar Salt 1 tbsp oil Coriander, chopped, for garnish     20   40     To make Amritsari Ajwaini Paneer, first put onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies in a mixer grinder and make a paste. Keep it separately. Now add some water along with cashews in a mixer grinder and make a paste. Keep it separately. Now put celery and cloves in a bowl and grind them. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion paste to it and cook for 3 minutes. Now add turmeric powder, ground masala and garam masala and cook for 2 minutes. Now add tomato puree, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt. Cover the pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. After this add cashew paste, sugar and cook for 1 minute. Now add cheese to it, mix and garnish with green coriander. Serve Amritsari Ajwaini Paneer with Onion Thepla and Coriander Mint Chutney.
