Aloo Simla Mirch Ki Sabzi (Recipe In Hindi)

Aloo Shimla Mirch Sabzi is a simple recipe in which everyday spices are used. This vegetable is easy to make and you can also pack it in your lunch box.  Potato, Capsicum (green), Onion, Ginger, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Oil, Coriander   4 potatoes, boiled and cut, 1 capsicum (green), chopped, 1 onion, chopped, 1 inch ginger, grated, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, salt as per taste, red chilli powder, Oil as per taste, as per use 4 sprigs of green coriander, chopped     10   40     To make Aloo Shimla Mirch Sabzi, first boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker. Peel and chop. Now heat oil in a pan. Add ginger, onion and capsicum in it. Cook until onion and capsicum become soft. After this add potatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix everything well. Cover the pan, reduce the flame and let it cook for 5 minutes. After cooking, turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander. Serve Aloo Capsicum with Garlic Dal and Phulka for lunch.
