Aloo Gobi Ki Sabzi (Recipe In Hindi)

Aloo Gobi ki Sabzi is a simple and quick recipe that you can prepare for your daily meal. Garam masala and tomato are added to it which makes this vegetable even more delicious. Potato-cabbage curry is prepared differently in every region of India. Make this recipe and do let us know how you liked it.  Potato, cabbage, ginger, tomato, cumin, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cardamom, red chilli powder, coriander, oil, salt   2 potatoes, peel and cut them 1 cabbage, wash and chop 1 inch ginger, grate it 2 tomatoes, make puree 1/2 tsp cumin 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 2 cardamoms 1/4 tsp red Chilli powder 4 sprigs Coriander, finely chopped Oil, salt as per taste, as per taste     10   30     To make Aloo Gobi Sabzi, first heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, ginger, cardamom and let it cook for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds add tomato, potato, cabbage, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and 1/4 cup water and mix. Cover the pan and let the vegetable cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Keep mixing in between. Once cooked, turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander. Serve Aloo Gobi Sabzi with Bundi Raita and Tawa Paratha for lunch.
