Vegetable Rava Idli Recipe – Veggie Rava Idli (Recipe In Hindi)

Vegetable Rava Idli is a very easy recipe. Apart from being delicious, it is also good for your health. Apart from breakfast, you can also serve this idli at tea time.  Semolina, curd, ginger, sweet corn, green peas, carrot, coriander, green chilli, mustard seeds, chana dal, curry leaves, red chilli flakes, oil, salt, eno fruit salt, water   1-1/2 cups semolina 1 cup curd 1 ginger, grated 1/2 cup sweet corn 1/2 cup green peas 1/2 cup carrots, grated 1/2 cup coriander, finely chopped 4 green chillies, finely Chopped 1 tablespoon mustard seeds 1/2 tablespoon chana dal 10 curry leaves 1 teaspoon red chili flakes 1 tablespoon oil Salt to taste 1 teaspoon eno fruit salt 1 cup water             To make vegetable rava idli, first mix semolina, curd and water in a large bowl. Mix it well. After this add corn, carrot, peas, ginger, green coriander and salt. Mix everything and keep it aside. Now heat oil in a small pan. When it gets a little hot, add mustard seeds, chana dal, curry leaves and chili flakes. Keep it aside for a few seconds. Now add this tadka to semolina and mix well. Before steaming the idli, add fruit salt to it and mix. Now apply some oil on the idli steamer and fill the idli mixture in it. Steam it for at least 12 to 15 minutes and serve hot.
