Vaghrela Rotli Recipe also known as Roti Poha is a simple recipe in which roti is cooked with asafoetida, red chilli, curry leaves. You can also use leftover roti in this. It is made in every Gujarati household for morning or evening breakfast.  रोटी, राइ, जीरा, कढ़ी पत्ता, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, हल्दी पाउडर, हींग, तेल, नमक   2 cups roti, cut into small pieces 1/4 tsp mustard 1/4 tsp cumin 6 curry leaves, finely chopped 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp asafoetida 1 small spoon oil salt as per taste     20   10     To make Vagharela Rotli recipe, first take a big bowl. Add bread pieces, turmeric powder, curry leaves, red chilli powder, asafoetida and mix well. Now heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let it crackle. After crackling, add roti mixture, salt as per taste and mix well. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes and turn off the gas. Serve. Serve Vaghrela Rotli Recipe with masala tea for morning or evening breakfast.
