Tofu Bhurji Recipe

Tofu Bhurji Recipe is a vegan recipe which you can serve with bread toast for breakfast or dal and phulka for your dinner. If you like Paneer Bhurji, then you will definitely like this recipe too. In this, tofu is crumbled and cooked with capsicum, onion and tomatoes.  टोफू, प्याज, टमाटर, हरी मिर्च, शिमला मिर्च (लाल), जीरा, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, काली मिर्च पाउडर, हल्दी पाउडर, हरा धनिया, नमक, तेल   Take 300 grams tofu, crumbled 1 onion, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 1 green chilli, chopped 1 capsicum (red) 1 tsp cumin 2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 4 sprigs of coriander, chopped, salt and oil as per taste     10   30     To make Tofu Bhurji recipe, first crumble the tofu and keep it aside. Now heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, onion, capsicum, green chilli, ginger and cook till capsicum becomes soft. After it becomes soft, add tomato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well. Now add crumbled tofu in it. Add salt and cook for 1 more minute. Serve. Serve Tofu Bhurji Recipe with bread toast and Punjabi style espresso coffee for breakfast.
