Thandai Kulfi Recipe

Thandai Kulfi Recipe is a delicious recipe similar to Kesar Pista Kulfi. You can also make this Thandai Kulfi for Holi. You can also serve it for dessert after your meal. This is a perfect recipe for summer.  दूध, शक्कर, बादाम, काजू, पिस्ता, खस खस, इलाइची, सौंफ, दालचीनी पाउडर, पूरी काली मिर्च   3 liter milk 1/2 cup sugar For thandai paste 1/4 cup almonds, soaked and peeled 1/4 cup cashew nuts 1/4 cup pistachios 2 tbsp poppy seeds 2 tsp cardamom 1 tbsp fennel 1/2 small teaspoon cinnamon powder 8 whole black peppers     20   60     To make Thandai Kulfi recipe, first of all add almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios, poppy seeds, cardamom, fennel, cinnamon powder, whole black pepper in a mixer grinder and grind well. Now pour milk in a saucepan and keep it to boil. After boiling, reduce the flame and continue cooking until the milk reduces to half. At this time, keep mixing the milk again and again. Now add sugar in it and mix it well. Add thandai paste and mix well again. Turn off the gas and let the kulfi mixture cool down. After they cool down, pour them into kulfi molds and keep them in the fridge for 15 to 20 hours. Serve. Serve Thandai Kulfi Recipe with Panchmel Dal, Bhindi Masala and Phulka for dessert.
