Tawa Paneer Masala Recipe (Recipe In Hindi)

Tawa Paneer Masala Recipe is a Punjabi dish usually cooked on tawa or frying pan! Cooking in a pan gives a unique taste and consistency to the dish. Paneer is cooked in tomato gravy with spices and fresh cream. You can also pack this vegetable in your lunch box.  Paneer, Kasoori Methi, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Oil, Cumin, Celery, Onion, Garlic, Coriander Powder, Tomato Puree, Shahi Jeera, Cream, Green Chilli, Garam Masala Powder   3 cups Paneer, cut into pieces 1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt, as per taste Oil, as per use 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon celery 1/2 cup onion Finely chop 2 tsp garlic, make a paste 1 tsp coriander powder 1 cup tomato puree 1/2 tsp royal cumin, fry 2 tbsp cream 1 tsp green chilli, chop finely 1/2 tsp hot spice powder     30   20     To make Tawa Paneer Masala, first prepare all the ingredients. Put the cheese in a bowl. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kasoori fenugreek and salt to it. Mix and keep aside for 20 minutes. Now heat oil in a pan. Fry the paneer on both sides. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and keep aside. Put the remaining oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and royal cumin seeds in it. After 15 seconds add onion and cook till it becomes soft. After it becomes soft, add garlic, chilli and coriander powder and mix. Add tomato puree, celery and let it cook for 3 minutes. Kept meeting from time to time. After 3 minutes, add cheese, cream, garam masala and mix. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more. After that turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander. Serve Tawa Paneer Masala with Tawa Paratha and Palak Raita for lunch.
