Tandoori Paneer Tikka Masala is a North Indian dish in which paneer is flavored with different spices. Chaat masala is also added to it which further enhances its flavour. Add cream and mint in a bowl and mix. Now grind fennel and celery and add it to the cream. Add the remaining tikka masala ingredients to the cream mixture and mix. Add the paneer pieces to the cream mixture and mix. Keep aside for 1 hour. Now make ginger and garlic paste. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste in it, after 30 seconds add tomato puree in it and let it boil. Now add cheese, salt and remaining spices in it and mix. Mix, cover the pan and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Now take 2 pieces of coal and roast them on gas. Bake for 5 minutes. Put this coal in a bowl and keep it in the middle of the pan. Put a spoonful of ghee on the coals and cover the pan. After 1 minute, remove the coals and serve hot sabzi. Serve Tandoori Paneer Tikka Masala with Tawa Paratha, Boondi Raita and salad.
