Spicy Vegetarian Hakka Noodles Recipe

Vegetarian Hakka Noodles Recipe also known as Chow Mein is very famous in India and it is also very famous for street food. This is a very easy recipe in which you can use many vegetables. Your children will also definitely like this.  हक्का नूडल्स, प्याज, अदरक, गाजर, शिमला मिर्च (हरी), पत्ता गोभी, हरा बीन्स, हरे प्याज, सोया सॉस, रेड चिल्ली सॉस, चिल्ली विनेगर, काली मिर्च पाउडर, नमक, तेल   1 Hakka Noodles, packet 2 Onions, straight and thinly cut 1 inch ginger, straight and thinly chopped 1 Carrot, finely chopped 1 Capsicum (green), straight and thinly cut 1 cup Cabbage, straight and thinly chopped 1/2 cup green beans, cut straight and thin 4 sprigs green onions, chopped 1/2 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp red chili sauce 1/2 tsp chili vinegar 1/2 tsp black pepper powder Salt, to taste 1 tbsp oil as per     20   30     To make Vegetarian Hakka Noodles Recipe, first cook the noodles as per the instructions given on the packet. After cooking, keep the noodles under cold water so that the noodles do not get cooked further by steam. After the water drains, add some oil and mix, this will prevent the noodles from sticking to each other. Now heat oil in a pan. Add onion, ginger and cook till onion becomes soft. Now add capsicum, carrot, beans, cabbage, green onion, salt, black pepper powder and cook on high flame for 2 minutes. Now add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, chilli vinegar and cook for 2 minutes.
