Soya Chunks Masala Recipe – Soya Chunks Masala in Coconut Milk (Recipe In Hindi)

Soya Chunks Masala is a spicy dish in which soya chunks are cooked in coconut milk. Many everyday spices are also used in it which further enhances its taste. Make this recipe once and we are sure you will definitely like it.  Soya chunks, tomato, onion, green chilli, garlic, cumin, curry leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, curry powder, coconut milk, oil, salt   2 cups soya chunks, boil and drain the water 2 tomatoes, cut thinly 1 onion, cut finely 3 green chillies, cut thin and straight 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp cumin 1 sprig curry leaves 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red chili powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Curry powder 1/2 cup coconut milk Oil, as per use Salt, as per taste     10   30     To make Soya Chunks Masala, first prepare all the ingredients. Heat water in a saucepan and let it boil. Now add soya chunks to it and cook till the soya becomes soft. After it is cooked, take out the soya and press it to extract water from it. Keep it separately. Now heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, curry leaves and green chillies in it. After 30 seconds, add onion, ginger, garlic and cook until onion becomes soft. After the onion becomes soft, add tomatoes to it and cook until the tomatoes become soft. After the tomatoes become soft, add coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix and let it cook for 1 minute. Now add soya chunks in it and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add coconut milk, water, salt and curry powder in it. Mix and let it cook for at least 5 minutes. Add salt as per taste and let it cook for 1 more minute. Turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander. Serve Soya Chunks Masala with Palak Raita and Lachha Paratha for lunch.
