Sesame Noodle Salad with Raw carrots, Cucumbers Spicy Peanut Dressing is a perfect Asian style salad which combines the goodness of raw vegetables with sesame and protein from peanuts into a creamy dressing yet spicy dressing. This salad can be a complete balanced meal in itself or be served as a salad along with a 3 or 5-course meal. Easy to put together, this Sesame Noodle Salad with Raw carrots, Cucumbers Spicy Peanut Dressing is nutritious and delicious.  Archana’s Kitchen Millet Noodles, Cucumbers, Carrots (Gajjar), Thai basil leaves, Peanut Butter, Sesame seeds (Til seeds), Sriracha sauce, Ginger, Garlic, Fresh Red Chilli, Rice Vinegar, Water, Honey, Raw Peanuts (Moongphali), Sesame seeds (Til seeds), Basil leaves   500 grams Archana’s Kitchen Millet Noodles 3 Cucumbers , cut them moon-shaped 3 Carrots (Gajjar) , sliced thin 5-6 Thai basil leaves Ingredients for Dressing 1/2 cup Peanut Butter 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds (Til seeds) 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce 1 teaspoon Ginger , grated 4 clove Garlic , grated 1 Fresh Red Chilli , chopped 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar 3 tablespoon Water 1 tablespoon Honey Ingredients to garnishRaw Peanuts (Moongphali) , Handful 1/4 teaspoon Sesame seeds (Til seeds) 3 Basil leaves     10   20     Boil and drain the noodles as per the instructions on the packet. Wash in cold water and pour 1 teaspoon of oil, mix well and keep aside.Put all the dressing ingredients in a mixer and mix well.
