Instant Oats (Oatmeal), Milk, Button mushrooms, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Rosemary, Salt and Pepper, Red Chilli flakes, Whole Egg 40 grams Instant Oats (Oatmeal) 2 tablespoons Milk 200 grams Button mushrooms , quartered 1/2 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 teaspoon Rosemary , dried Salt and Pepper , to taste Red Chilli flakes , to taste 1 Whole Egg 15 20 To begin making the Rosemary Mushroom Oatmeal With Fried Eggs, first cook the oatmeal along with water, until thick and creamy. Stir in some low fat milk, salt and pepper. Keep aside.Heat oil in a pan or a wok, add the mushrooms, sprinkle some salt and rosemary and stir-fry for a few seconds until soft.
