Puri Recipe

Puri Recipe is an Indian bread which is made in every home. Serve this dish with any Indian gravy or dry vegetable. It is made from wheat flour. In this we use nigella seeds, fennel or celery which makes it even more flavourful.  गेहूं का आटा, तेल, कलोंजी के बीज , नमक   2 cups wheat flour 2 tsp oil, as per taste 1 tsp nigella seeds, or fennel or celery Salt, as per taste     20   15     To make the complete recipe, first of all add wheat flour, nigella seeds, salt, 2 teaspoons oil in a mixing bowl and mix well. Now add water little by little and knead the dough well. Add 1 tsp oil and knead again for 1 minute. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, knead once more. Take small pieces from the kneaded dough, roll them and make small thin puris. Heat oil in a pan. Keep on low flame. After the oil is hot, add the puri to it and cook until it turns golden brown. You will see that your body is swelling. Drain on kitchen towel to absorb excess oil. Serve hot. Serve the entire recipe with Kalonji Wali Aloo Gobi Ki Sabzi and Boondi Raita for breakfast or your dinner.
