Parwal Masala Recipe

Parwal is a vegetable which is prepared for daily eating. Parwal masala is a gravy recipe in which parwal is pan fried and cooked with tomatoes, ginger, watermelon and other spices.  परवल, टमाटर, तरबूज़, अदरक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर, जीरा पाउडर, गरम मसाला पाउडर, तेज पत्ता, नमक, तेल   300 grams parwal, peeled and cut straight 2 tomatoes, cut 3 tsp watermelon 1 inch ginger, finely chopped 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1 bay leaf salt, 1 tsp oil as per taste     10   20     To make Parwal Masala Recipe, first wash and peel the Parwal. Cut it in half and keep separately. Now put ginger, tomato, watermelon in a mixer grinder and make a paste. Now heat oil in a pan. Add parwal in it and cook till it becomes soft. Keep it separately. Now add bay leaves, tomato ginger paste in the same pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. After 4 minutes add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and mix. Let it cook for 3 minutes and then add parwal, water and let it cook. Cook for 5 minutes, turn off the gas and serve. Serve Parwal Masala Recipe with Tawa Paratha and Lauki Raita for lunch.
