Paneer Shashlik Recipe – Paneer Shashlik (Recipe In Hindi)

Paneer Shashlik is a one dish recipe which you can make in your parties. In this, cheese is grilled and cooked with other vegetables and a spicy sauce. You can also serve it as a snack.  Paneer, capsicum (green), capsicum (yellow), onion, tomato, coriander, oil, anardana, cream, lemon juice, curd, oil, black pepper powder, salt, cumin powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala Powder, Garlic, Ginger, Corn Flour, Oil, Lemon Juice, Onion, Cabbage   500 grams Paneer, cut 1 Capsicum (green), cut 1 Capsicum (yellow), cut 1 Onion, finely chopped 2 Tomatoes, take out pulp and chop 1 tablespoon Green Coriander Oil, as per use For marination 1 1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup cream 1 teaspoon lemon juice 100 grams curd 2 teaspoon oil 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder 1 tablespoon garlic, paste 1 tablespoon ginger, paste 1 tablespoon corn flour Other ingredients Oil, as per use Lemon juice, as per use Onion, cut into rounds and thinly (for garnish) Cabbage, cut thinly (for garnish) )     20   60     To make Paneer Shashlik, first of all put the ingredients given for marination in a bowl and mix. Now add Paner and vegetables in it and mix everything well. After mixing well, pour it into a bowl, cover it and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours. Now preheat the oven at 250 C degree for 10 minutes. Soak the bamboo skewers in water. Now add bamboo skewers and add cheese and vegetables one after the other. Place it on a grill tray. Add some oil, put this tray in the oven and let it cook for 6 to 7 minutes. Keep turning the skewers every 2 minutes. Once cooked, add lemon juice and chaat masala and serve hot. Serve Paneer Shashlik with Dal Palak and Tawa Paratha for lunch.
