Paneer Makhani Recipe – Paneer Makhani (Recipe In Hindi)

Paneer Makhani is a very favorite vegetable of North India. In this sabzi, paneer is served in tomato gravy along with daily spices. Make this vegetable for the guests coming to your house and believe that they will definitely like this recipe.  Paneer, Tomato Puree, Cream, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Cardamom Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Kasuri Methi, Honey, Salt, Oil   250 grams paneer, homemade 2 cups tomato puree 1/4 cup cream (Amul cream is used here) 1 onion, chopped 1 inch ginger 3 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon cardamom powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder 1 tablespoon kasoori methi 2 teaspoon honey Salt, as per taste Oil, for cooking     20   25     To make Paneer Makhani, first prepare tomato puree to make Paneer Makhani. Now make a paste of onion, garlic and ginger in a grinder. Heat oil in a pan, fry the onion paste in it till it gets cooked well. Now add turmeric powder, cumin powder, cardamom powder, garam masala and fry well for 2 minutes. Now when it is cooked well, add tomato puree or tomato paste and cook till it boils. When the onion and tomato paste and other spices are cooked, add cream, red chili powder, salt, Kasuri methi and cheese and mix. Let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes. When cooked, taste the spices and salt as per your taste. Now take out the Paneer Makhani in a bowl to serve. You can serve this spicy and tasty Paneer Makhani with Naan or Kulcha and Burani Raita.
