Palak Pulao Recipe

Palak Pulao Recipe is a simple and healthy recipe in which cooked rice is cooked with spinach and everyday spices. Sambar powder and cardamom powder are also used in it which gives more taste to it. You can also pack it in your lunch box. You can also use leftover rice to make this.  चावल, पालक, जीरा, अदरक, टमाटर, हल्दी पाउडर, सांबर पाउडर, गरम मसाला पाउडर, घी, नमक   2 cups rice, cooked 200 grams spinach, wash and chop finely 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp ginger, grate 1 tomato, make puree 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp sambar powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 2 teaspoons ghee, or any oil Salt, as per taste     10   40     To make Palak Pulao recipe, heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, ginger and cook till the cumin seeds crackle. Now add tomato puree, turmeric powder and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. After the tomato puree is cooked, add spinach, salt and cook well. After cooking for 3 to 4 minutes, add rice, sambar powder and mix well. Add salt and mix again. Cook for 2 minutes, turn off the gas and serve. Serve Palak Pulao Recipe with Bundi Raita and Papad for dinner.
