Palak Paneer Recipe – Palak Paneer (Recipe In Hindi)

In Palak Paneer Sabzi, spinach is steamed and pureed, then it is cooked with everyday spices and finally paneer is added. Rich in nutrition, this vegetable is liked by everyone at home.  Paneer, Spinach, Tomato, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chillies, Cumin, Cinnamon Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Cream, Butter, Salt   250 grams paneer, cut 500 grams spinach, wash and chop 1 tomato, puree 2 cloves garlic, grate 2 inches ginger, grate 2 green chillies, chop 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 2 tbsp cream 1 tbsp butter Salt as per taste     20   40     To make Palak Paneer, first wash and chop the spinach. Steam the spinach for 4 to 5 minutes and keep it aside. After the spinach cools down, put it in a blender and make its puree. Now heat butter in a pan. Add cumin, ginger, garlic and green chillies in it. After 15 seconds, add tomatoes, turmeric powder and cook until tomatoes become soft. Now add spinach puree, cumin powder, garam masala powder, cinnamon powder and salt. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Finally add cream and cheese and mix. Serve hot. Serve Palak Paneer with Amritsari Dal and Pudina Tawa Paratha for lunch.
