Oat Banana Pancakes Recipe

Oat Banana Pancakes recipe uses basic porridge ingredients to make healthy and tasty pancakes and most importantly very easy to make. Its as simple as adding everything to a blender and making pancakes. Oomph up these simple pancakes with your favourite fruit and drizzle with some chocolate sauce. Serve this with some fruit juice or milkshake for delicious breakfast.  Instant Oats (Oatmeal), Baking soda, Ripe Bananas, Baking powder, Vanilla Extract, Salt, Buttermilk, Sugar, Butter (Salted), Strawberries, Chocolate sauce   1 cup Instant Oats (Oatmeal) 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda 1/2 Ripe Bananas , spotty 1 teaspoon Baking powder 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Salt , a pinch 1/2 cup Buttermilk , slightly thick 2 tablespoon Sugar Butter (Salted) , or coconut oil to cook as needed. Strawberries , as needed Chocolate sauce , as needed     15   20     To begin making the Oat Banana Pancakes recipe, add oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar in a mixer/blender and powder this is into a flour.Now add banana, buttermilk and vanilla extract to the mixer jar and blend this along with the oat flour into a smooth batter.Add a few tablespoons more buttermilk if the batter becomes too thick.Now spoon 2 tablespoons of batter on to a hot griddle, cook it on low heat flipping both sides using butter/coconut oil.Serve it with sliced strawberries and chocolate sauce.
