Mughlai Bhindi Recipe

Mughlai food has become famous since the Mughal era. This food was prepared in the royal kitchen and many types of dry fruits and dry fruits were used in it. You can also make it for your dinner on any special occasion. If you do not want to make your daily Bhindi sabzi, then you must make this recipe.  भिंडी, प्याज, टमाटर, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट, हल्दी पाउडर, गरम मसाला पाउडर, नमक, तेल, धनिये के बीज, जीरा, रेड चिल्ली फलैक्स, सौंफ, पूरी काली मिर्च, बादाम   150 grams ladyfinger 110 grams onion 1 tomato 1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder Salt to taste 4 tablespoons oil for grinding 2 tablespoons coriander seeds 1 /2 tsp cumin 3/4 tsp red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp fennel 1/2 tsp whole black pepper 10 almonds     15   30     To make Mughlai Bhindi recipe, first heat a pan. Add coriander seeds, cumin, red chilli flakes, fennel, whole black pepper, almonds and roast well. After roasting, put it in mixer grinder and grind it to make a powder. Now heat some oil in the same pan. Add tomatoes and onions to it and cook until tomatoes become soft. Now put this in the spice mixer grinder and grind it. Cut ladyfinger into 2 inch pieces and keep aside. Now heat oil in a pan. Add ladyfinger to it and cook till it turns golden. Take out the ladyfinger from the pan and keep it aside. Now heat some oil in the same pan. Add ginger garlic paste to it and cook for 2 minutes. Now add crushed tomato and onion paste in it and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Now add ladyfinger, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, water and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Now turn off the gas and serve. Serve Mughlai Bhindi Recipe with Dal Makhani, Boondi Raita and Lachha Paratha for your meal.
