Moong Dal Kebab Recipe

Moong Dal Kebab Recipe, rich in protein, you can make these kebabs with your meal or as a starter. You can also serve it during your evening tea.  हरी मूंग दाल, घी, लहसुन, काली मिर्च पाउडर, जीरा, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, गरम मसाला पाउडर, हंग दही, नमक   1 cup green moong dal, soaked overnight 2 tbsp ghee 5 cloves garlic, grind 1 tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1/2 cup hung curd salt to taste     15   15     To make moong dal kebab recipe, first soak moong dal overnight. Now heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a saucepan. Add cumin seeds in it and let it splutter. After the cumin seeds crackle, add moong dal, salt and mix. Cook the dal on medium flame for 5 minutes. Now take it out in a bowl and let it cool. After it cools down, put it in a mixer grinder and grind it well. Take out this powder in a bowl. Now add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and mix. After mixing, add hung curd in it and mix well. Now divide it into 10 parts and make round balls. Now press it between your hands and make it flat. Heat oil on a pan. Add kebabs to it and cook on both sides until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and serve.
