Mixed Vegetable Samosa Recipe

Samosa is a famous recipe which is made in every house on special occasions. It is also celebrated on the occasion of street food. Often potato masala is added to it but here we will use different vegetables. You can also make chaat from it or serve it with coriander mint chutney or tamarind chutney.  मैदा (ऑल पर्पस आटा), तेल, अजवाइन, निम्बू का रस, आलू, हरे मटर, गाजर, राइ, धनिया के बीज, प्याज, कढ़ी पत्ता, हरी मिर्च, अदरक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर, हल्दी पाउडर , गरम मसाला पाउडर, नमक, तेल   2 cups all-purpose flour 3 tbsp oil 1/4 tsp celery 1/2 tsp lemon juice 4 potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed 1/2 cup green peas, boiled 1/4 cup Carrots, boiled and chopped 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp Coriander seeds 1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped 5 Curry leaves 3 green chillies, finely chopped 1 inch ginger, grated 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Garam masala powder Salt, as per taste Oil, as per use, for frying     10   45     To make Vegetable Samosa Recipe, first of all add flour, salt, oil, celery and lemon juice in a big bowl and mix well. Add water slowly and knead well. Keep it separately. Now heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter. After crackling, add onion, green chilli, curry leaves, ginger and cook till onion becomes soft. After the onion becomes soft, add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix well. After 2 minutes, add mashed potatoes, green peas, carrots and mix well. Add green coriander, cook for 2 minutes and your masala is ready. Now take a medium sized ball and roll it a little thick. Now cut it in half. Now apply water on the corner and make a cone shape. Now add the samosa mixture to it and mix it well. Make all the samosas like this. Now heat oil in a pan. Add samosas one by one and cook till it turns golden brown. Now put it on a kitchen towel so that excess oil is absorbed. Serve. Serve Vegetable Samosa Recipe with Coriander Mint Chutney and Masala Tea for lunch.
