Khatte Pudina Aloo Recipe

Khatta Pudina Aloo Recipe is an easy recipe that does not use onion and garlic. You can also make it for your fasting days. This is an easy recipe, so enough for your lunch box too.  आलू, पुदीना, हरा धनिया, हरी मिर्च, अमचूर पाउडर, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, हल्दी पाउडर, नमक, जीरा, घी   5 potatoes, boiled 1/4 cup mint 1/2 cup coriander 2 green chillies 1-1/2 tsp dry mango powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/3 tsp turmeric powder Salt as per taste 1 tsp cumin ghee , or oil, depending on use     10   15     To make sour mint potato recipe, first wash the potatoes thoroughly and put them in a cooker with water as per requirement. Close the cooker and cook till 2 whistles. Let the pressure release on its own. Open the cooker and take out the potatoes and keep them aside. After it cools down, remove the peel and cut it. Keep it separately. Add coriander, mint, green chillies in a blender and grind it. Keep this paste separately. Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds in it and let it splutter. Now add mint coriander paste in it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, salt and cook for 1 minute. After 1 minute add potatoes in it and mix well. Add some water and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Switch off the gas and serve.
