Kerala Vendakkai Thoran Recipe

Kerala Vendakai Thoran Recipe, a simple South Indian recipe in which ladyfinger is cooked with onions, green chillies and coconut. You can make it for your daily meal or pack it in your lunch box.  भिंडी, नारियल, हरी मिर्च, छोटे प्याज, अदरक, राइ, सफ़ेद उरद दाल, नमक, कढ़ी पत्ता, तेल   350 grams ladyfinger, remove the stem and cut it from the middle 1/2 cup coconut, grate it 2 green chillies, chop them finely 10 small onions, chop 1 inch ginger, peel and grate it 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon white urad dal Salt as per taste 6 curry leaves 2 tbsp oil     10   30     To make Kerala Vendakai Thoran recipe, first add coconut, green chillies, some water in a mixer grinder and grind it. Put this paste in a bowl and keep it aside. Now heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves and let it splutter. After crackling, add onion and ginger and cook until onion becomes soft. After the onion becomes soft, add ladyfinger, curry leaves and salt to it. Cover the pan and cook till the ladyfinger becomes soft. After the ladyfinger becomes soft, add coconut green chilli paste to it. Mix the vegetables and let them cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Switch off the gas and serve. Serve Kerala Vendakai Thoran Recipe with Chow Chow Sambar, Rice and Papad for lunch.
