Keema Bhindi Recipe

Keema is a recipe which is liked by everyone, which you can serve with roti, paratha and rice. But we have also added ladyfinger along with the mincemeat, which gives crunch to this dish. Wash the ladyfinger, dry it thoroughly and keep it separately. Cut off the corners of the ladyfinger and then cut it and keep it aside. Now heat oil in a pan. Add ladyfinger in it and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Now take it out on a kitchen towel and keep it separately. Now add onion in the same pan and cook till it becomes soft. After the onion becomes soft, add ginger garlic paste to it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add tomatoes to it and cook till the tomatoes become soft. After the tomatoes become soft, add Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, mix and cook for 1 minute. Now add the chicken and mix well. Cook till the chicken is cooked. Now add water to it and cook for 2 minutes. Add ladyfinger in it and mix. Cook for 5 minutes. Add garam masala powder, mix and turn off the gas.
