Karwar Style Yerappe Ani Recipe- Rice and Black Split Gram Fried Dumpling

Karwar Style Yerappe Ani Recipe (Rice and Black Split Gram Dumpling) is a simple rice preparation which is different to your normal Dosa or Idli preparation.
