Idli Upma Recipe – Idli Upma (Recipe In Hindi)

Idli is made in every South Indian home. Many times idli is also left over. There are many recipes in which you can use idli but here we will teach you how to make an easy recipe. This recipe is enough for morning breakfast.  Idli, small onions, green chillies, ginger, turmeric powder, mustard seeds, white urad dal, curry leaves, olive oil, green coriander, salt   10 Idlis, peeled 10 small onions, finely chopped 3 green chillies, finely chopped 1 inch ginger, grated 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp mustard 1 tsp white urad dal 6 curry leaves, finely Chop 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 sprigs of green coriander, chop finely Salt as per taste     15   20     To make Idli Upma, first heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let it cook for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds add urad dal and cook till it turns brown. After it turns brown, add chopped onion, ginger, green chilli and curry leaves. Cook until onion becomes soft. After the onion becomes soft, add turmeric powder, idli and salt to it. Mix everything well. Once cooked add green coriander and mix. Switch off the gas and serve. Serve Idli Upma with fruit bowl and masala tea for breakfast.
