Hyderabadi Vegetable Biryani Recipe

Hyderabadi Vegetable Biryani Recipe is a very famous recipe which uses rice, meat and everyday spices. This is a very tasty recipe which you can make on any special occasion. Now put carrots, green beans, potatoes, cabbage in a steamer and cook until soft. Keep this separate. Now add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves in a bowl and grind them. Keep it separately. Now heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large saucepan. Add garlic onion ginger paste to it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ground cinnamon powder, bay leaf and cook for 1 minute. Now add tomato puree to it and cook for 5 minutes. Now add curd to it and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add mint leaves, potatoes, cooked vegetables, half cooked rice, mint leaves, salt as per taste and mix. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Lower the flame, cover the saucepan and cook till well cooked. Switch off the gas and leave it covered for 5 minutes. Garnish with fried onions and serve.
