Healthy Methi Matar Malai (Recipe In Hindi)

Mostly cashews and cream are used in Methi Malai Matar but here we will use hung curd which will make this recipe tasty and healthy. Since this is a healthy recipe, you can make it for your daily meals.  Fenugreek, green peas, salt, cumin, tomato, hung curd, sugar, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, onion, green chilli, garlic, ginger, almonds, poppy seeds   250 grams fenugreek, finely chopped 100 grams green peas, steamed Salt as per taste 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1 tomato, make puree 1/2 cup hung curd 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 1 teaspoon Tablespoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder to make paste 1 onion, chopped 2 green chillies 2 cloves garlic 1 inch ginger 6 almonds 1 teaspoon poppy seeds     15   30     To make Methi Malai Matar, first of all put the given ingredients in a mixer grinder to make paste and grind it. Now heat oil in a pan. Add fenugreek and salt in it. Cook until fenugreek becomes soft. After it becomes soft, take it out from the pan and keep it aside. Add some more oil in the same pan. Add ground spices, salt and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. After that add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder and tomatoes. Mix and let it cook for 1 minute. After 1 minute add hung curd and mix. After 30 seconds add fenugreek and peas. Lower the flame and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off the gas and serve hot. Serve Methi Malai Matar with Tomato Onion Cucumber Raita, Panchmel Dal and Phulka for lunch.
